At Aliyah-Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return policy.
Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Certain items such as sale items, intimate apparel, or swimwear may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description for specific details.
How to Return Your Items

Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at support@aliyah-fashion.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number. Please make sure to include this number on the return package.

Ship Your Return: Once you receive your RA number, securely pack the item(s) and send them to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Shipping Costs

For domestic returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties and taxes.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

If you selected store credit, a code will be issued to you for future use.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the item as per the above instructions and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@aliyah-fashion.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
